 The idea is based on a story of Artemis. A man tried to hunt down her beloved pet deer, so she turned him into a deer himself and set his own hunting dogs on him.

The moral of the story here is not anti hunting, so much as it is to train your deer hunting dogs better, so that they dont eat you when evil magic ladies turn you into one
